How do you know that someone has a kinky side?

It´s not easy to figure that out, especially if someone keeps that side hidden. It might be tempting to assume things but that could turn ugly if you´re wrong, so the best thing you can do if you want to be certain is just ask. But try to be subtle about it, asking directly might be invasive even for a friend! So instead of asking if someone has a kinky side you could ask how they feel about wearing latex or leather.
